So to sum up my question/complaint, Does everyone of a similar level wear the same armor set? YES. Same for weapons pretty much.

Really? Because the RR armor that pops up in keeps every now and then can't even hold a candle to the stuff you get from quests and PQs.

If you want to stay competitive, then yes, you do have to grind PVE.

On one hand, I do wish 40k had been made instead, because I'd be playing the most awesome universe ever! On the other hand, it would have been made by Mythic, and WAR is apparently quite flawed, so I'm thankful another company has a shot at it.
