I'm running a PvP character on AD and I'm on a pretty great guild focused on Blackwater (under lvl 50) so add there. They are really newbie friendly and have weekly training to explain the pvp mechanics and so on. It's pretty co…
Hmm thanks guys, I'm looking forward to checking things out. Maybe I'll jump into pvp. I haven't played on a pvp server since eq2 back when they released kunark! I agree the fighting mechanics felt very choppy I remember, good to hear it's more smoo…
I always wished Haven (the rarely seen city for exiles) had housing. But I guess Haven was never intended as a stopping point. But I would have lived there in exile happily.

The only issue I have with this is some are calling it a reminder or whatever of EverQuest. Just not as good. Why not just go play EQ? or AC? not sure why the need for an 'old school' game when the ones that inspir…
I havent played a game in about 4 years which has made me actually stay up late and not care to mind my self imposed "bed time"
But last night I looked at the clock, I had sat down at about 10PM and it was 2AM by the time I logged out. Okay, 4 h…
Guard Nash in EQ1 Qeynos Hills.
He would always walk by and kill things for me and I wouldn't get experience, drove me nuts.
Between him and Holly Windstalker, nothing ever got done in Qeynos Hills.
I bought an unlocker one time, for my epic. It just wasnt a big deal to me, then again I didn't raid, so I imagine this will appeal to a lot of people.
I might be wrong but that was just the sound of a quest or turn in ding. The level ding was quite a bit more jarring

You might want to look into Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
It is pretty easy to pick up. There is a plethora of classes and races (no gender locks). It is not system requirement intensive. I wouldn't call it packed by any means.
There is flying moun…
I was heavily into EverQuest 2. Especially around the time Echoes of Faydwer came out. I also enjoyed the Kunark expansion. To this very day, there is a specific spot in Kylong Plains that I go visit every once in a while. At this spot a certain son…

SENT!
Wow, that was a fast response, thanks!
Everyone I know that still plays EQ1, which is a good handful, doesn;t really care at all about EQ2, they have no such resentment and view it as a completely separate game which it is.
Maybe deep down in your psyche you have that resentment and …
That is really cool.
Weddings in MMOs have always fascinated me for some reason. I remember in EQ1 it was a thing people did.
I actually knew a couple that got married in game but their in game avatars had different last names, a GM came along…
I know exactly what you mean. We had this one guildie who we realized would have to drive through our home town sometimes on business trips, we eventually met up and had dinner, it was awesome.
These days I don't think I would be giving a guildmat…
My Game for the past month or so has been Salem: The Crafting MMO.
I would probably choose this or Haven and Hearth, and just have one enormous settlement at the end of the five years, probably end up creating a town.
I would choose either of …
