I didnt even tweak the .ini and i got a MAJOR boost turning off normal mapping it does take some quality away from buidlings and certain things but this is definatly recommending with people that have mid-low end comps.

Even the WoW expansion is getting way better reviews then one of the most anticipated mmorpgs of the year, 7/10 is bad for a high anticipated game. Most reviews are comming out 7/10 its not like this is the only one.
