Is the new Praetoria area coming with I17? I am in the open beta on Test Server and I see the demon summoning powers and some graphigs updates, but no info on how to get to the Praetorian area.

I am hoping they also impart some amount of modern nefariousness, like secret government agents that we have to deal with or wealthy evil-mastermind types with hired thugs. Something besides just magicky type mobs.
