If its an MMO, im not sure of any mmo Civil war/Revolutionary war type ones. Its hard to do an mmo on a historic happening, and make it last for a long period of time. It would be cool to see a nice big one developed though.

I personally didn't like Vanguard. The idea was awesome, but it was WAY too time consuming. I actually did hit to level 25 on two characters though. But it had some bugs (but they are fixed constantly and quickly) and it seemed to be more grinding…
