I agree with the OP. The fact so much work went into the starter islands and Zenimax just abandons them on a whim makes me nervous about this game.

Just make sure to /feedback this way they know how you feel because I'm certain they developers don't read this forum.

I don't mind having the option of skipping the starter island, but make them default for new players. The starter islands are the "hook" to keep people interested in playing on. make sure to /feedback in game.

100% agree with you. The starter island island needs to be default with an option to skip if like. Make sure to /feedback it. Maybe just maybe Zenimax will listen. Your not the first person I've seen say this.

I liked the starter islands and am sad to see them being skipped in the storyline. I think I'd rather them just added an option at the closest waypoint to zone to the capital city for those who wanted it skipped.

In the end Add-Ons are going to be a factor in PvP more than racial traits. Racial traits will be a very minus difference by end game. Pick whatever race you can stare at the longest.
