As you (OP) ask which is/was the best pvp game and you did not ask for pvp MMORPG (though your list does say otherwise) I would say many multiplayer games are much much better for mefor PVP, never really liked PVP in MMORPG's as I want to play things in this genre that I am not able to find in other genre's of gaming and since I personaly find pvp in mulitplayer games much more exciting I couldn't choose any of the games listed.
