Go to Field of the Dead, lots of quests there, you should be able to level up quite a bit, do your professions quests. Once you level up a bit in Field of the Dead, you can head in Tarantia noble district (level 43 or something like that I believe…

My guess is that they are fixing Lacheich (SP?) issues so it's not bugged, it was working perfectly in beta, IDK what they fucked in there!
