As someone who has to pay attention to those trends, I can say that this sort of curve up to launch is pretty normal, especially with an open beta. But good on WS! Because it should translate well to sales.
This, …
Yep, I pretty much agree with the OP.
I know Telegraphs are supposed to encourage tactical gameplay but in practice all the bright flashing colours and the complete abandonment of tab-targetting just made it completely impossible for me to see w…
Ive noticed that MMORPG.com, and indeed most gaming sites, are a little biased in what news they choose to report.
When it comes to a specific game, either mostly good news gets reported,or mostly bad, but almost never both. Wildstar's good sides g…

First off, I dont think the reviewer scores on metacritic are all that relevant. To me, at least, what matters is the user score. Game reviewers are known to sometimes get paid to give a certain rating, and are also also at times out of touch with …
Still even as a Wildstar fan I'm worried that up to two of the game developers are leaving before the game's even launched. That's not exactly inspiring.
Well, for me it clicked straight away. I fell in love with the style, personality and action of the game pretty much as soon as my character emerged from cryo! After a short acclimation period.
Not every MMO is for everyone, I gues.
Well, as much as I love RP, I find myself disagreeing with much of the article.
While some MMO's (Ironicly, most of which do not seem to recieve a mention) sport thriving and large RP communities (WoW, SWTOR, and GW2 mainly), they are never a major…
I say those cheaters got what they deserved! People wont exploit lightly after this, so this little banning spree will be just what we need to keep things on the right path!

Easy: They need money, and they need to make profit.
If they dont have…

Yes, Guild Wars players are some of the worst scum in the world of MMO's, its not uncommon for a player to be childish, selfish, stupid and with a severe superiority complex.
Its pathetic.
I recommend Starsider..but SWG itself isnt very good for RP, because of the incredibly low amount of players.
The only place youl meet anyone is Mos Eisley, and for RP its almost exclusively the cantina. Hate to burst youre (or anyone else's) bubb…

Quests are generally easy to do with any class, they are easy to comprehend and very straightforward, in some cases it can get challenging but that would be coincidence..this is one of the easiest MMORPG's ive played.
